  • 3 Bread slices
  • For potato stuffing
  • 4-5 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tsp oil

  • 2 tsp Pizza/ pasta sauce
Steps to make Grilled sandwiches:
  • 1st potato stuffing. Heat a pan. Add oil and all spices. Cook for about few seconds. Add boiled mashed potatoes to it. And give a good mix. Keep aside for cooling.
  • Cut cucumber, onion and tomato in thin slices.
  • Take 3 slices of bread. Apply tomato sauce on 1 slice. Apply Pizza/paste sauce on 2nd slices and apply mayonnaise on third one. And add veggies on mayonnaise layered bread. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and organoes.
  • Cover it with another bread. Spread potato stuffing on it. Now cover it with another slice.
  • Now grill it in griller with using oil/butter.
